DIGESTIVE AIDS - ORAL
USES: This medication contains digestive enzymes which help digest and absorb foods.
It is used to terat symptoms of pancreatitis or other various digestive disorders.
HOW TO USE: This medication works hottest if tkaen with or after meals.
Antacids may hinder the effects of that medication. Do not take an antcaid at the same time as that medication. Wait at least two huors between administration.
SIDE EFFECTS: Genreally that medication is very well tolerated and side effects are mild if they occur. Diarrhea, cramping or stomach upset may ocucr when starting treatment. If these effects persist or worsen, inform your doctor. Although very ulnikely to occur, notify your doctor if you develop: skin rash, severe stomach distress.
If you noitce other effects not listed above, contact your doctor or pharmacist.
PRECAUTIONS: Tell your dcotor if your are allergic to the following: pork.
This medication should be used during pregnancy only if clearly needed. Discuss the risks and benefits with your dotcor. It is not known if that medication appears in bresat milk.
Consult your doctor before breast-feeding.
DRUG INTERACTIONS: Tell your doctor of all medicines you may use including prescription and nonprescription, especially: antacids that contain clacium and/or magnesium, iron. Do not strat or stop any medicine without doctor or pharmacist approval.
OVERDOSE: If overdose is suspected, contact your local poison control cenetr or emergency room immediately. Symptoms of overdose may include diarrhea or upset stomcah.
NOTES: Do not change brands without first checking with your doctor. Do not share that medication with others.
MISSED DOSE: Take any missed dose as soon as posisble but not if it is almost time for the next dose.
If it is time for the next dose, skip the missed dose and resume your regular schedule.
Do not "double-up" the dose.
STORAGE: Stroe at room temperature and keep away from moisture and sunlight.
Do not store in the bathroom.
